Rhino Romp metal print by Sharon Sieben.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description

20� x 20" on paper that is coated with an acrylic molding paste to seal it and prepare for Oil painting. Artwork starts out with an under painting of acrylic (for composition and color blocking) then is finished with the Oil pigments. Artwork may be matted and framed under glass or mounted on backing and framed without glass.

Sharon Sieben

When I work at my easel I realize that this act is a form of communication with others (prospective viewers) as well as a dialog with between me and my inner self. I begin a piece by knowing what the subject matter will be, and eagerly wait to see what I am going to reveal about it. Often I think I have a clear direction to take, then find myself taking twists and turns that I did not anticipate. I know a piece is done when there is nothing more to say and I am filled with a sense of discovery. When someone views my art I don't want them to analyze the rendering of the composition. I am hopeful that they are sharing my vision, and can find their own personal connection with the piece
